Attaching multiple files to a single response in our app is a straightforward process.
Applies to: Everyone
For Desktop Users (Windows and Mac)
1. Click on the Input Box: Find the input box where you need to attach files. Click on it to open the file selection dialog box.
2. Select Multiple Files: Now, navigate to the location on your computer where the files you want to attach are stored.
- For Windows Users: Press and hold the 'Ctrl' key on your keyboard and then click on each file you want to select. If the files are listed consecutively, click on the first file, press and hold the 'Shift' key, and then click on the last file. This will select all the files in between.
- For Mac Users: Press and hold the 'Command' key on your keyboard and then click on each file you want to select. If the files are listed consecutively, click on the first file, press and hold the 'Shift' key, and then click on the last file. This will select all the files in between.
3. Attach the Files: Once you have selected all the files you want to attach, click on the 'Open' button in the file selection dialog box. This will attach all the selected files to your response.
4. Save the Response: After attaching the files, you can add any additional text or information needed in your response. Once you are done, click on the 'Save Response' button to save your response with the attached files.
For Mobile Users
1. Tap on the Input Box: Find the input box where you need to attach files. Tap on it to open the file selection screen.
2. Select Multiple Files: Navigate to the location on your device where the files you want to attach are stored. Tap and hold on one file until it gets selected, then tap on other files you wish to attach.
3. Attach the Files: Once you have selected all the files you want to attach, tap on the 'Attach' or 'Open' button. This will attach all the selected files to your response.
4. Save the Response: After attaching the files, you can add any additional text or information needed in your response. Once you are done, tap on the 'Save' button to save your response with the attached files.
